Edge is the faith formation component of our middle school youth ministry. It is created specifically for 6th–8th grade students and leads them closer to Christ and His Church. An Edge Night consists of prayer, games, skits, large group catechesis, and small group discussions. It provides a safe, fun place for youth to find a solid Catholic community, to get answers to their questions about faith, and to experience Jesus in a personal way. High school juniors and seniors, as well as adults, serve as Core Members. Edge gathers on Tuesday at 7:00 pm in the St. JP II Room. EDGE also offers a class on Sunday mornings from 10:00-11:00 am. This EDGE class has limited space and is a secondary option to families who's middle school teens would have difficulties making it Tuesday night due to school and extra curricular activities. Adults serve as core members, to help lead prayer, games, skits, large group catechesis, and small group discussions just like the class on Tuesday.
