Active Shooter Training

As part of our commitment to the safety and well-being of our parish community, the Archdiocese of San Antonio offers Active Shooter Response Training as a practice of due diligence. On Thursday, August 6, St. Francis of Assisi staff will participate in a training session tailored specifically to our parish campus, facilities, and unique needs. Ministry leaders who would like to attend are invited to participate and are asked to contact Miriam at 210.492.4600 to reserve a spot. While we pray that these skills will never be needed, we believe it is important to be prepared to respond effectively in the event of an emergency. By taking part in this training, we can help foster a safer environment for everyone who worships, serves, and visits our parish.
